Error when configuring any blocks on the messages page

      1. Login to site
      2. Press Customise this page (turn editing on)
      3. Open messaging drawer
      4. Press See all
      5. Add a new HTML block to the messaging page
      6. In the new block, press Actions menu > Configure
      7. Confirm you don't see an exception stating message_page_type_list "can not be used any more"
      8. Give the HTML block a title and some content
      9. Press Save changes
      10. Confirm the block displays as configured on the messaging page

      1. Log in as admin
      2. "Turn editing on" on any page
      3. Go to the messages page (/message/index.php)
      4. Add a block
      5. Try to configure the new block or any block (Administration, Navigation, etc.)

      You will obtain the following error alert "Coding error detected, it must be fixed by a programmer: message_page_type_list() can not be used anymore. ".
