Automatic deletion of users when deleteunconfirmed is setted to 'never'

      All email authenticated user are deleted few seconds after signup if deleteunconfirme was setted to 'never'. I attach a patch to solve it.

      Besides I have the release 1.6 but I watch the same problem in the CVS MAIN branch.
