Hit enter on points graded forum grader redirects to a new page

      1. In a course with multiple users
      2. Create a forum with "Points"-based grading setup under "Whole forum grading" (or use an existing one you may already have around)
      3. Open the Grader
      4. Enter a value in the "Grade" input box
      5. Hit the Return key
        1. Confirm that the page did not navigate away
        2. Confirm that you were shown a message that the user was saved

      Hitting enter on the grade input field in the grader causes the form submit event to trigger, redirecting to a page complaing about missing params and not actually saving the grade.
