With the provided backup: Restore the course. Navigate to the course. Note down or otherwise record the users' forum grades in the course from the gradebook (eg screenshot). Make a course backup. Restore the backup. Confirm that the users still have grades for the forums in the gradebook. Confirm the forum grades for each user match those from step 3 (ie the grades have been restored, and they are also mapped to the correct user). Open each of the forum activities in the course (each in a new tab, for use in the next steps), and confirm that the 'Grade users' button appears in each. In each of the forums you have opened: From your screenshot/notes from step 3, identify a user who has received a grade in this forum in the gradebook. Click the 'Grade users' button, then use the user search within the grading interface to select that user. Confirm the user's grade appears pre-filled in the grading interface and confirm that grade matches the one in the gradebook.
