Online text Assignment: icon '+' is not working

      1.Teacher create “Online text” assignment
      2. Student enter text in assignment window
      3. If teacher use “Grade” button, then on activity grading page  icon + is not working (after clicking on +, nothing happen (example1).
      4. If teacher use button “View all submisions” , on grading page similar icon ‘+’ is working - showing complete text.
