Assignment:Clicking icon does not display full online text(Theme:Clean)

      Test this using Clean theme (3.6)

      1. Login as Admin.
      2. Create a Course.
      3. Enrol a Student in the Course.
      4. Create an Assignment in the Course
        1. Enable 'Online text' submission in Submission types.
      5. Login as Student,
      6. Go to the Assignment.
      7. Submit an "Online text" submission (make sure to add a longer content).
      8. Go back to  the Assignment page.
        • there should be a toggleable +/- button that shows a preview or the full content  of the online text submission.
      9. Click on the toggleable +/- button.
        • make sure the button works properly (properly expands/collapses the content of the online text submission)
      10. Using the keyboard navigate to the toggleable +/- button and try expanding/collapsing the content on 'enter' press **

      11. Login as Admin.
      12. Go to the Course > Assignment.
      13. Go to "View all submissions".
      14. Click on the "Grade" button that represents the Student's submission.
      15. In the Grading page there should be a toggleable +/- button that shows a preview or the full content  of the online text submission.
        • Test 9-10 steps again and make sure the  toggleable +/- button works properly.

      I received a customer inquiry about 3.6.6+(Build20191022).
      Operation:
      if you click "+" of "Online text" on assign grade list screen, the full text is not displayed.

      *This issue occurs when the theme is "Clean".
      *It's working on 3.6.6 ,3.6.6+(Build20191031)
