Emojis not displayed in the emoji picker

      As reported by avimoto in MDLQA-14102, some emojis -:relax, :female_sign and :male_sign - are not displayed.

      I found the same as Avi. I checked on https://www.emojipedia.org/ and found them displaying there. It seems from comments in MDL-65896 that the problem is not operating- system specific.
