Toast grade saved message not displayed in fullscreen mode.

      1. Log in as an editing teacher
      2. Create a forum:
        1. Under "Whole forum grading" set grading to Points with a value of 100
      3. Log in as a student
      4. Create some discussions and replies
      5. Log in as a teacher
      6. Click the grade button
      7. Navigate to the user who created the content
      8. Give the user a grade
        1. Confirm that you see a "Toast" notification at the top of the screen like: 

          Grade saved for Colin Creevey

      9. Put the page into Full Screen mode (The icon at the very top-right of the grader)
      10. Give the user a different grade
        1. Confirm that you still see the "Toast" notification at the top of the screen

      When using fullscreen mode in the forum grader, the messages related to saving grades are not displayed (via toast).
