Purge caches

As teacher, go to a course and navigate to the question bank.

Verify that the checkboxes don't stick to the labels.

Verify that the select element doesn't stick to the label.

Verify that tags (or the 'no tags filter apply' line) do not indent but align at the left hand side.

Verify that the tag autocomplete element tags does not indent but align at the left hand side.

Since we're already here, let's fix some last minimal visual glitches in the question bank user interface. This comparison shows the spots affected.
