Test in Boost and Classic for Moodle 3.7 and master.
- Go to a question bank in a course.
- Insert at least one question with, at least, 2 different tags.
- Verify the 'Created by' and 'Last modified by' columns do take up less space than before and they have the col-2 class.
- In a range of languages, especially ones with a tendency for long words. Verify that the 'Edit' menu fits in its column.
- Find or create a category containing a single question. Verify that when you open the edit menu, all actions can be seen.

In question bank, the table is aligned with Bootstrap style 'fixed'.
That should be auto, and not so much room should be given to the columns creatorname and modifiername containing the metadata.
