If a second attempt is opened for a student, when the student views the assignment screen, it lists their name under Graded by,  with the date of the original grade. This is confusing.

(Note in the example below I'm both the teacher and the student; but my teacher profile has a picture)

I've seen this in the grade history as well; there's entries with the student name under graded by when they submit a new attempt; but that's not visible to students, so less of an issue.
