      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create assignment
      2. Submit a PDF file
      3. Open grading interface
      4. Add annotation stamps to PDF
      5. Misplacement occurs when:
        1. Toggling grader panel (Figure 1)
        2. Clicking on another stamp (Figure 2)
