Messaging: confirmation buttons have lost their margin

      This only happened fairly recently, and a git bisect indicates it was caused by the recent scss php lib upgrade (MDL-65761).

      1. Open messaging and go to a conversation (personal space is also fine)
      2. Send a message
      3. Select the message by clicking it
      4. Click the trash icon
      5. Notice the buttons look like those in the attached screenshot, with no margin:
