MOODLE_37_STABLE
From the docs:
'A user assigned the role of course creator can create a course. If the setting "Creators' role in new courses" is left as default (editingteacher), then the course creator is enrolled as a teacher in the course they have just created and can then edit the course settings and enrol other users.'
This is not working in Moodle 3.7.2 (Build: 20190909) even though the setting "Creators' role in new courses" is the default "editingteacher".
After a course has been created by the course creator, he/she has permissions to enter the new course, but edit permissions are missing. Deleting the course is possible, though.
Looking into the course as administrator, one sees that the course creator lacks the teacher role. When the teacher role is added manually by the administrator, everything is working as expected.
