Incorrect \core\output\notice references in Forum module

      • Prerequisites: One course with a forum activity.
      1. As student create a forum post and make note of the post id created.
      2. Logout and login as a different student and visit this URL in the browser: http://localhost/m/stable_master/mod/forum/post.php?delete=FIRST_STUDENT_POST_ID
        replacing FIRST_STUDENT_POST_ID with the post id from step 1
        Check that you see a "You can't delete this post!" error.

      There is a bug here, it should be \core\output\notification since the previous class it does not simply exists
