Create and enrol an student.

Setup permissons so students cannot view submissions: Prevent or prohibit mod/forum:viewdiscussion permission on that forum.

Enter the forum as the student.

Check an error is raised with the text: "You do not have the permission to view discussions in this forum".

On forum/view.php noviewdiscussionspermission is getting the string from fourm.

This issue should fix this typo.
