Site level calendar subscriptions are not being listed in the Manage subscriptions page

      To reproduce:

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Go to the calendar
      3. Press "Manage subscriptions"
      4. Enter a calendar name.
      5. For the "Calendar URL" field, enter the following URL of a public test Google calendar: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/moodle.com_gverd91agb5htmi8ervnn6q2j0%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
      6. Under "Type of event", choose "Site"
      7. Press "Add".
      8. Expected
        • The events are successfully imported as site events.
        • The site-level subscription gets listed.
      9. Actual
        • The events are successfully imported as site events.
        • The site-level subscription is not being listed.
