In database ("Fields"), 'Field description' column is the only one not having text-align: left

      1. Test in Boost and Clean (3.6) or Boost and Classic (3.7 and 3.8).
      2. As teacher, in a course, add a database activity.
      3. Add a field to that activity and assure you give that field a description and save.
      4. View the "Fields" tabs and verify both the title and the entry are left aligned.

      Sometimes the columns database 'Fields' can look weird, one column is aligned differently than the others.

      To reproduce:

      E.g. in https://qa.moodle.net/mod/data/field.php?d=2, see that the entries and the title of the 'Field description' column are center aligned when all other are left aligned. There is no reason why this is so.
