To reproduce:

• Import this custom role in Moodle:

• Create a user
• Go to an existing course
• Assign the role to the category of the course
• Log in as the user
• Enable editing mode in the course
• Go to section 2 in the course

Current result:

The user will see an edit drop down link. Please check this screenshot:

Expected result:
The user shouldn't be able to edit sections at all. This means the edit drop down link shouldn't be there.
