Nowadays the timestamp will always be shown. It makes sense for the students uploads but when I provide a file as a teacher in the assignment description as uploaded files it can be that this information is not necessary.

My suggestion would be, that we introduce new default assignment settings:

• Always show timestamps for uploaded files from teachers
• Always show timestamps for uploaded files from students

We can also keep it simpler.
