ie we want to see just the activity for all students and not muddy the stats with activity from teachers or vica versa.

Possibly we could achieve the same thing using the edu level but I think role is a much better results.

Just a filter would be a start which allows selection of multiple roles, but even better would be the ability to group the stats by role and see them side by side (maybe 1 column per role but that could get cluttered?)
