Create a new Database activity

Navigate to the new activity Fields tab

Create a new field for each of the possible types, setting each as required

Note that the Date field type doesn't currently support setting as required

Navigate to the Add entry tab

Confirm presence of required field indicators

Visually confirm the required field indicators are consistently aligned (when compared to original layout)
