Now, when a compact logo is added, the site name is displayed always for normal screen sizes and disappears for medium screen sizes as can be checked in compactlogobehaviour.mp4.

Sometimes the logo includes also the site name, so it's displayed twice, but in any other cases, displaying both (logo and site name) is the expected behaviour. A new admin setting would help admins to configure whether the site name should be displayed or not.
