The Item Analysis report is a great way for teachers to find out where their students make mistakes, in order to address these specific points in their next lessons.

Would it be possible to add a column in this report with textboxes where teachers could input feedback for the most common mistakes (items in red with high percentages)? That would turn quizzes in adaptive mode into real private lessons where the student would get immediate correction adapted to their mistakes and a chance to find the right answer.

Of course, this is already possible by clicking on the question number in the report and editing the question feedback, but this means that teachers have to go way and back between this page and the item analysis report and do a lot of cut ting and pasting of the most common mistakes.
A new column for feedback in the report would make it so much easier!

(another column for points could let teachers change the points given for each individual answer: I often find out that there are other possible answers than the one I initially entered, and the Item Analysis report would be a good place to quickly change the points for many questions before recalculating the grades.)
