display bugs in multianswer/cloze question

      1. Log in as admin and go to a course.
      2. Create a quiz or use an existing one, but change the Question behaviour to Interactive with multiple tries
      3. Edit the Quiz and click Add and then click a new question.
      4. Select Embedded answers (Cloze) and enter the following text on the question text field:

        Match the following cities with the correct state: * San Francisco: {1:MULTICHOICE:=California#OK~Arizona#Wrong} * Tucson: {1:MULTICHOICE:California#Wrong~%100%Arizona#OK} * Los Angeles: {1:MULTICHOICE:=California#OK~Arizona#Wrong} * Phoenix: {1:MULTICHOICE:%0%California#Wrong~=Arizona#OK} The capital of France is {1:SHORTANSWER:%100%Paris#Congratulations! ~%50%Marseille#No, that is the second largest city in France (after Paris).~*#Wrong answer. The capital of France is Paris, of course.}.
        

        Enter a question name, feedback and click Decode and verify the question text button.. then save.

      5. Preview quiz and fill all the fields... on the last field, answer a wrong value "London" for example.
      6. Click Check button.
      7. Hover onto the wrong field.
      8. Make sure it displays the feedback message when hovering.
      9. Now go to the course administration > Question bank.
      10. Find the Embedded answers question you have created and click Preview icon
      11. Make sure you can collapse/expand all options and Technical information sections.

      when previewing a multianswer question, the various fields cannot be expanded or collapsed; the Technical information field is empty

      in previous versions the feedback messages could be displayed upon hovering as below

      in current Moodle 3.7dev+ version no feedback is displayed upon hovering
