Login as admin

Navigate to Site Administration > Users > Browse list of users

Click the "show more" link in the filter section

Scroll down to "First Access"

Verify the "is after" form field and the "is before" fields are each on a new line.

The form elements "First access", "Last access", "Last modified" in Browse list of users do break in a weird way.

To reproduce, go to /admin/user.php as Admin and press Show more… to see the form in its integrity.
