A user is required to post in the Q and A forum before they are able to see any existing posts in that forum however even after they have posted they are required to wait until the forum's max editing time for posts has passed.

It's not very clear in the UI that the user must post and answer and then wait for the editing time to elapse. We have all of that information in the backend so we can use it to better inform the user.
