When selecting a highlighted topic the highlight moves up so it is not in line with the topic.This occurs with the Boost theme.
Steps to replicate-
- Navigate to a course which has the format of topics, enable editing
- From the edit topic drop down highlight a topic, this will highlight the topic correctly
- Press on the topic title to select it, this will move the highlight out of line
