Grader report misalignment

      1. Create course.
      2. Enrol yourself as teacher.
      3. Create a database activity.
      4. Delete it.
      5. Go to grader report (before the cronjob runs again).

      The warning notification box should now be displayed above the main content of the page, not to the left of it.

      If there are modules pending deletion the warning message shown on the grader report is misaligned. See attached screenshot.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create course.
      2. Enrol yourself as teacher.
      3. Create a database activity.
      4. Delete it.
      5. Go to grader report (before the cronjob runs again).
