PLACEHOLDER: Moodle Association of Japan Best Innovation 2018

This is a project placeholder for the 2018 Best Innovations winner at the 2019 MoodleMoot Japan being held February 28~March 1 2019. The Moodle Association of Japan membership votes for the Best Innovations based on submissions at the conference and by the end of the conference awards a winner. Part of that award includes being selected as the MAJ submission to the MUA Spring project cycle.

As this selection happens on March 1, 2019, this placeholder was added to meet the MUA requirements that projects be submitted by February 28, 2019.
