Portfolio Export for Annotated PDF doesn't work

      Create an assignment with file submission and annotation feedback
      Login a s student and add an submission to the assignment
      Login as teacher and annotate the file, safe changes
      Login as student try to move push the annotated PDF to your portfolio.

      Attention: Export of submitted PDF without annotation works

      If a student tries to export an annotated pdf from assignment submission he gets an error message file not found.
