Course completion settings allow the teacher to set a course as complete on a specified date if users are not already set as complete - the lang string used for this (seems to date back to MDL-38559)  states:

"User must remain enrolled until" 

This seems incorrect - the course completion has nothing to do with enrolment - it seems that a better string might be:

"User will be set as complete on"
