Request for an option be added to the Quiz Activity Completion for 'Student must submit to this activity to complete it'

We want our students to complete activities in a set order controlled by Activity Completion.  At the end of each module there is an assessment which is either an assignment or a Quiz using Essay questions.  When an assignment is used there is an option in Activity Completion for 'Student must submit to this activity to complete it' which allows the student to move onto the next unit while they wait for a grade.   When the Quiz activity is used there is no similar option and we have to tick the 'Student must view this activity to complete it' otherwise they would need to wait for the quiz to be manually graded before they can move on.  This means that they simply need to click on the Quiz to complete it and in some cases students are unaware that they have not attempted or submitted the quiz which delays their course progress and completion.  Can an option be added to the Quiz Activity Completion for 'Student must submit to this activity to complete it'?
