Drag and drop onto image question not working in Moodle 3.6

      The Drag and drop question onto image is not working in Moodle 3.6. It's a core moodle question and there is a problem with generating drop zones. In Moodle 3.5 the div element consists of dropzones, while in Moodle 3.6 this element is empty.
