Not All Site Administration Pages Can be Bookmarked when using the Boost theme

When utilizing the "Admin Bookmarks" functionality which lets you "Bookmark This Page", there are several administration pages which you don't get this option for.  Realistically because the "Bookmark This Page" is part of the Admin Bookmarks block which eats up space, I am sure it isn't displayed there for space concerns.  And while I don't need the "Admin Bookmarks" block shown on these pages themselves, it would be nice to add the pages themselves to my admin bookmark list so that I can quickly jump there.

      Specific pages:

Add a New Course (from Courses Node)

Manage Courses and Categories (from Courses Node)

Default Dashboard Page (from Appearances Node)

Default Profile Page (from Appearances Node)

Also, attempting to bookmark User Tours results in "Invalid Section" error.

Steps to reproduce (using the Boost theme):

      1. Log in as an admin and go to the Site administration
      2. Click the button 'Blocks editing on'
      3. Go to one of the pages mentioned above

Expected result: The Admin bookmarks block is displayed with a link 'Bookmark this page'.

Actual result: The Admin bookmarks block is not displayed so there is no option to bookmark the page.
