      Setup:

      Create a course with a teacher, a student and one assignment which allows file submissions and 'Annotate PDF' feedback.

      As the student upload a submission to the assignment.

      As the teacher grade the submission and provide some feedback.

      As the student view the assignment.

      As the teacher view the course logs and verify there is an event for "Feedback viewed" for the student.

      I have created a course and added activities like assignment  and have graded them with feedback's the student can view the feedback once he visits the assignment page  but i am not able to track whether the user had visited or not . As "mod_assign\event\feedback_viewed" event is not triggered and not being stored in logstore_standard_log table can anyone give me the process how we can track it
