Fix language strings for the messaging drawer

      1. Create a fresh site.
      2. Log in as the admin.
      3. Click on the messaging icon.
      4. Confirm you see 'Starred' and under that 'No starred conversations'.
      5. Click on 'Group'.
      6. Confirm you now see 'No group conversations'.
      7. Click on 'Private'.
      8. Confirm you now see 'No private conversations'.

      Create a fresh site. Log in as the admin. Click on the messaging icon. Confirm you see 'Starred' and under that 'No starred conversations'. Click on 'Group'. Confirm you now see 'No group conversations'. Click on 'Private'. Confirm you now see 'No private conversations'.

      Currently it says 'No starred messages', but currently you can only star conversations, not an individual message.
