Deprecated web service core_message_delete_conversation still being used by core

      1. Enable $CFG->messagingallusers on your site.
      2. Create two users.
      3. Log in as one user (A) on one browser.
      4. Log in as another user (B) in another browser.
      5. As the first user search for the second user send them a bunch of messages.
      6. Refresh the page for user A and click on the messaging icon on the top right.
      7. Click on the message you received to open the conversation.
      8. Click on '...' then 'Delete conversation' and then confirm you want to delete the conversation.
      9. Refresh the page and confirm the messages with that user is not shown.
