Create a course with 2 students Log in as student 1 and message student 2 (to create conversation) Using the ellipsis menu (...) block student 2 Now, log in as student 2. Open the conversation with student 1 From the ellipsis menu (...) click 'Add to contacts' Log out Log in again as student 1 and open the messaging pane Verify there are no contact requests pending. Click the contacts and go to the requests tab. Verify you see no contact requests Go back to the main view and open the conversation with student 2 You should see a pending contact request - decline this. Unblock the user From the ellipsis menu (...) click 'Add to contacts' Log out Log in as student 2 and open the messaging pane Verify you have 1 pending contact request. Click contacts and go to the requests tab. Verify you see the pending contact request listed.
