Create a site with a course and enrol two users

Create 2 groups in the course and enable group messages for both

Log in as one of the users

Open the message drawer

Send some messages in each of the group conversations

Log in as the other user

Go into one of the group conversations

Open the menu in the header (the ... icon) and leave it open

Wait with it open for about 10 or 15 seconds

CONFIRM that the menu doesn't close

Open the other group conversation

Repeat the above steps with the menu

CONFIRM the menu doesn't close

The menus in messaging close themselves after a short delay.

Test instructions:

Use Boost theme.

Open the messaging UI and click on a message. Click the ... icon to open the menu for this message.

Verify the menu does not close itself after 1 second.
