Need to check the enabled field in the query and exclude these.

Replication:
1. Create 2 course groups and enable group messaging on both
2. View as a student in the groups and confirm you see both. All ok so far.
3. Now, as the admin, disable group messaging on one chat.
4. As the student refresh the page and notice you still see 2 conversations - this is wrong.
