Drag and drop on Edit quiz page shows wrong "page break" icons (with JS error)

      Steps to reproduce: 

      1. Create a new quiz with multiple questions (tested with just 2 questions)
      2. In edit mode: Rearrange the questions using the drag and drop functionality particularly with the last question in the list
      3. Page break toggle buttons now show up on the last question in the list.
