Log in as admin Go to the calendar Add an event with the title A & B > C < "D" Save the event Confirm that the event title is displayed as A & B > C < "D" (You may want to close the nav drawer in order to see the whole event title on the calendar's month view) (You might also notice that when you hover on the event, you see the event's title displayed as " A &amp; B &gt; C &lt; "D" ." This is fine and will be fixed on a separate issue. Click on the date link to go to the day view. Check the title of the event. Confirm that the event title is displayed as A & B > C < "D"
