Add support for removal of context users - core_favourites

      1. Log in as admin.
      2. Navigate to Site administration / Users / Privacy and policies / Plugin privacy registry.
      3. In the list of components, click on 'core' to expand it.
      4. Scroll down the list of blocks to find 'core_favourites'.
      5. CONFIRM there is no 'Userlist provider missing' icon/warning next to 'core_favourites'.

       

      Other specific functionality of the provider is covered by unit tests.

      Add support to identify and remove users in a context for core_favourites, as well as export relevant data. Also implement these in any providers that require them.
