Log in as admin. Navigate to Site administration / Users / Privacy and policies / Plugin privacy registry. In the list of components, click on 'Block' to expand it. Scroll down the list of blocks to find 'Recently accessed items'. CONFIRM there is no 'Userlist provider missing' icon/warning next to 'Recently accessed items'.   Other specific functionality of the provider is covered by unit tests within these changes.
