Restore review - course date appears as timestamp

      Restore the course to a new course.

      On the final page of the restore process verify the course date is displayed as a readable date and time, not as an integer timestamp.

      When testing MDL-63894, I noticed that the course date that comes through to the review page is a time stamp. I assume this is a bug because not all users would know what that number stands for and it should really be showing a readable date

      This is fine on 34
