Footer does not render at bottom of page

      While testing MDL-63894, I noticed that the footer for the page does not appear / get rendered after the page content(Refer attachment )

       

      This was seen when in the restore course functionality and with dev enabled

                Error rendering 'clockify-timesheets-time-tracking-reports:timer-sidebar'. Please contact your Jira administrators.
