MDL-63854-master -
-
- Given that competencies are enabled
- And that you are viewing your site in Firefox (on a Mac?)
- And that you have created at least one competency framework (Site administration > Competencies > Competency frameworks)
- And that you have defined at least one competency for that framework
- When you go to a course (using the Boost theme) with at least one student
- And you click on Competencies in the course navigation
- And you add a competency to the course
- And you click the link to view the competency
- Then you should see User and Competency autocomplete dropdowns
- And the dropdown arrows should appear inside the inputs
Actual result: The arrows appear outside the dropdowns and to the left.
This is similar to MDL-56433, but it affects different versions.
Details of my environment: OSX 10.13.6, Firefox 63.0
The problem on Firefox is sensitive to zoom level. It occurs at the neutral zoom level or higher for me. If I zoom out, the problem goes away.
On Chrome the arrows appear correctly even when zoomed in.
I found this while testing MDLQA-12763.
It affects 3.6dev and 3.5. On 3.4 the arrows appear correctly at neutral zoom and even at some higher zooms, but eventually will break as you zoom in.
