In course participants page (/user/index.php), when a filter is applied (e.g. "Group B") and results in more users than fit on one page, results are paginated. However, actually using the controls to switch between pages results in the filter applied being lost.

This appears to be because the pagination controls are using plain HTML links, whereas the other controls submit a form with unified-filters and unified-filter-submitted as params in addition to those passed in the URL.
