Now that Moodle 3.5 support LTI Advantage 1.1 as a consumer (see: MDL-60416), It would be very helpful if it also implemented and support LTI Advantage 1.1 as a Provider.

We are already using, for several years now, Moodle instances as both Providers and Consumers, when connecting several specific courses from different universities into a centralized Moodle instance (Provider). at the moment, we send back the final grade for each student, but we keep getting teachers asking for a detailed view of the student's grades from the Provider system. (their are other issues and requests, but this is the most important and common one)
